RATES

e-angel ltd provides a tailored service, therefore the rates vary according to the clients requirements.

We offer two set pricing systems:

> A monthly retainer paid and any hours unused will be forwarded to the next month (if retainer is provided hourly rate is reduced).

> To be invoiced at an hourly rate after each assignment is completed, or for long term projects at the end of each month.

Invoices are required to be paid within 14 days.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

All additional costs incurred relating to your account will be recharged. These include travel, telephone, fax, postage, stationary, courier and bank charges, unless otherwise agreed.

Contracts can be terminated within 14 days by written notice by either party.

Once a brief has been received an email quotation will be provided, which requires to be signed and returned before the assignment commences.

e-angel ltd endeavour to offer a reliable and accurate service, however final proofreading is the responsibility of the client.

Any errors returned within 24 hours will be corrected free of charge.

All changes made by the  client after submission of work that are not corrections of errors will be subject to the normal rates.
